This special water villa is located in the middle of the beautiful nature reserve called the Wijde Ee and features a private sauna overlooking the water. Please note! This house can only be reached by boat. It is possible to reserve a boat (for a fee) at one of the many rental agencies. This unique house is located in the middle of the water of the Wijde Ee nature reserve. It may be said that this house is very quiet. From the house you have a beautiful view over the water. You will have a spacious living room with a cozy gas fireplace, a luxurious and very complete kitchen and a wonderful private sauna. Thanks to the high windows from floor to ceiling, you have a breathtaking view from almost every room. If you wish to stay with two families, this is also possible. Next to this water villa there is another water villa which has the same luxury and, like this villa, is also suitable for 6 people.The beautiful surroundings consist of wonderful nature reserves and are rich in wonderful lakes, canals and waterways. Costs 6 hours of sauna per week (54 KwH) is included in the rental price. Additional consumption is deducted from the deposit by € 0.38 per KwH.
For reasons of safety, children must be in possession of a swimming certificate.

Both bed linen and towels are provided on the water villa.

To get to the water villa you need a boat. You can rent a boat at Watersportbedrijf Anja (motor) or Goos Watersport (electric) in Grou. From Grou it is about 25/30 minutes with a motorboat / sloop to the villa. It is useful to get your first groceries in Grou at the Poiesz.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngstersIt is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
