Large holiday flat in Sahlenburg

The holiday flat is only about 600 metres from the beautiful beach of Sahlenburg, where there are also a few restaurants, shops and cafés. Here you will also find the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea Visitor Centre. If you want to enjoy the peace and quiet, we recommend a trip to the Wernerwald forest, which starts almost behind the house.
Cosy holiday flat with balcony in a quiet, yet central location, close to the beach, take long walks, visit the beach or mudflats, indulge yourself in regional restaurants and cafés and relax on your balcony after an eventful day's holiday

The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs. There you can start your day with a delicious homemade breakfast, relax or wind down in the evening after an eventful day. The flat has an underground car park so that your car is always safe and secure. In the underground car park there is also a bicycle storage room as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer (both coin-operated).

The 53m² holiday flat is located on the first floor. It is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the sea. In the cosy living room with sofa, cable TV, radio and a dining table you can almost feel at home. Next door is the fully equipped kitchen with all the important kitchen utensils. In addition to a dishwasher, there is also a fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, cooker with oven, toaster and much more. Two separate bedrooms offer all travellers enough space and privacy. While you will find a large double bed in the first bedroom, there are two single beds in the second room. A tiled shower room with WC completes the offer.

Sahlenburg is the "little sister" of Cuxhaven - here too there is a beautiful sandy beach and sea to enjoy. However, it is a little quieter than Duhnen, Döse or Cuxhaven-City. The districts of Duhnen and Döse with their restaurants, cafés and beach promenades are only a stone's throw away, and Cuxhaven can also be reached quickly, either by bike or by car. You will find a bike hire shop "just around the corner". Spieka-Neufeld with its cutter harbour can be reached quickly by bike. Just decide for yourself whether you are looking for cheer, hustle and bustle and cheerfulness, or whether peace and quiet is more important to you.

Information on the rental price: since 2018, the city of Cuxhaven has levied an overnight tax of 2.75 % of the rental price - this tax is already included in the rental price. Free internet access with WLAN is still available to you.

    “Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Nett und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Zum Strand war es allerdings etwas weiter als angegeben, 20-25 min brauchten wir schon zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren zwar vorhanden, ein Auto ist aber schon von Vorteil.”
