Holiday home in Pruggern with terrace and garden

The chalet is located in the middle of the family-friendly Galsterberg skiing and hiking area, almost directly next to the valley station of the gondola lift. It is located approx. five kilometres above the village of Pruggern and can be easily reached by car all year round. So there are no limits to your leisure activities. The house is also directly accessible on skis from the piste.
High-quality Finnish log cabin with garden and whirlpool, with a wonderful panoramic view of the alpine surroundings, located in the middle of the skiing and hiking area, explore the surroundings on extensive hiking and cycling tours, use the direct access to the piste in winter or relax in the romantic chalet with its own sauna

A balcony on the ground floor and a balcony on the upper floor invite you to linger and relax. The surrounding fenced garden with lawn is the perfect place for your children to let off steam. A whirlpool also invites you to relax.

At 1,200 metres above sea level and with a view of the Dachstein, the spacious two-storey house leaves no holiday wish unfulfilled. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, four toilets, a sauna and spa area as well as a spacious living and dining area are spread over approx. 200m². Relax here from everyday life and enjoy a warming open fire, a relaxing sauna with a view of the Dachstein or make yourself comfortable on the covered balcony with a glass of wine. The romantic chalet was built and furnished with a personal touch and great attention to detail. A traditional ambience awaits you. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. There is also a modern, fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances, including a coffee machine (for beans) and all imaginable utensils for daily use as well as a radio and satellite TV. In the large living and dining area, a large dining table invites you to dine together after cooking. There is also a bathroom with shower and WC on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms on the upper floor. The first and second bedrooms each have a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. The first bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC. There is also a second bathroom with shower and WC on the upper floor. The basement of the house has its own sauna with changing room, relaxation room and shower facilities. There is also a WC. There is also a room where ski equipment can be stored. A fully automatically controlled central heating system (underfloor heating) is integrated throughout the house except on the upper floor. Personal items such as towels, bath towels, sauna towels and bed linen can be rented for an extra charge. A cot or cot (incl. bed linen) and high chair are available on request. WLAN and firewood are in the house.

Pruggern is located in the Enns Valley approx. 15 km from Schladming. The six kilometre long natural toboggan run is one of the longest in Austria. In winter, the neighbouring pistes can be skied directly in front of the house. Forget the hassle of lugging your equipment around. In summer, the location offers an ideal starting point for countless hiking and cycling tours. Excursions with carriages or horse-drawn sleighs (for a fee) can also be undertaken here at any time. Enjoy wonderful holidays in the midst of the most beautiful natural landscapes in Austria with panoramic views at 1,200 metres above sea level.

Please note that smoking is not permitted in the house. Pets are also only allowed by prior arrangement.

    “Positiv: Bei unserer Ankunft war der Eigentümer selbst vor Ort und wir wurden herzlich mit Zirbenschnaps und bereits vorgeheizten Badefass empfangen ..
    Das Haus ist riesig , sehr schön und gemütlich , die Küche super ausgestattet ..
    Highlight für uns waren definitiv das Badefass sowie der supertolle Grill für die Männer ..
    Der Blick von der Terasse , selbst aus dem Fenster der Sauna war traumhaft schön.
    Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt , auch unser Hund war herzlich Willkommen… Negativ: Es wäre schön , wenn es für die Holzmöbel auf der Terasse Auflagen geben würde, dann wäre es wärmer und noch gemütlicher … Freizeit: Wanderung zum Gumpeneck mit Einkehr ind die wunderschöne und herzliche „ Schönwetteralm „”
