Historical holiday house with a terrace, in a quiet location near the centre of Spa
The holiday house enjoys a quiet location near the centre of Spa, by the local railway line.
The stone house of around 120m² from the year 1900 was renovated in 2010 and can accommodate four adults and a child on two floors. It has three bedrooms. The first is furnished with a double bed 140cm wide, the second with a single bed 90cm wide, the third with two single beds 90cm wide and a cot. The kitchen is fully-equipped and also has a dining table for meals together. The bathroom has a shower and WC. There is also a further separate guest WC. All the rooms have heating and there is a wireless Internet connection.
You can enjoy the sun or meals on the south-facing balcony. Garden furniture is provided. There is a private garage parking space and a free communal parking area about 25 metres away.
There is a rail track near by the property. The trains are moving very slow, so there is a low noise pollution. In there night there are no trains moving. Due to the fact that the property is situated in a dead-end street there are no cars traffic.
The house is an ideal starting point for visiting the town Spa and the nearby thermal baths, as well as for going on lovely walks in the surrounding forests. Owing to the central location, there are restaurants, cafes, shops and grocery shops only about 200 metres away. The nearest swimming pool is about 1.2km away. In winter it is about 4km to the nearest ski resort.
