Holiday flat in a central yet quiet location

A very well-equipped and generously proportioned holiday flat awaits you in a quiet yet centrally located cul-de-sac in Grömitz in Ostholstein.

The flat is on the first floor of a large detached house. On the ground floor there are three small, permanently let granny flats.

The nearest supermarkets (Edeka, Netto) are 300m away, the town centre is 500m away and the main beach (beach promenade) at the large pier is 1500m away.

The house is in a very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac close to the town centre. Private car parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.

The flat has two separate bedrooms, each with a 1.80 metre wide double bed, and a very spacious living room with a separate dining area, which is accessed directly from the kitchen.

The living room leads through a beautiful and light-flooded conservatory to the spacious balcony.

The modern kitchen impresses with its extensive equipment, generous work surfaces and storage cupboards as well as ultra-modern and efficient built-in appliances.

In addition to the spacious bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower and 2 washbasins, there is also a separate guest WC with toilet and washbasin.

The ideal base for couples and families who value spaciousness, comfort and peace and quiet and do not need to be accommodated in the first row in one of the concrete castles directly on the dyke.

Shopping facilities and the start of the city centre are just a 5-minute walk away.

The beach promenade with its pier and long sandy beach can also be easily reached on foot in 20 minutes (if you don't want to drive to one of the numerous public car parks).

The holiday flat includes (from 01.05. to 15.09.) a private beach chair directly on the main beach (in front of Café Florida), approx. 150m from the pier.

    “Es hat einfach alles gepasst Positiv: Wir sind Rund um zufrieden! Der Kontakt war sehr nett, es war super ausgestattet. Auch einen Bollerwagen mit Sandspielzeug konnten wir nutzen. Es ist sehr ruhig, wir waren wohl mit Kind und Hund die lautesten. Es ist sauber und alles da was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem und die Einrichtung ist größtenteils neu. Alles stimmig und einladend. Für die warme Jahreszeit ist der Wintergarten und Garten perfekt. Für uns im Herbst war der Kamin sehr schön.
    Alles ist zu fuß erreichbar, Lebensmittelläden keine 5 Minuten. Und bis zum Strand 20 Minuten durch die schöne Fußgängerzone. Das Haus sieht von außen etwas älter aus aber es es ist sauber und gepflegt!
    Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder, danke!!! Negativ: Es gab nur einen Hausschlüssel, etwas unpraktisch wenn man zwei Familien hat, die auch mal unterschiedlich unterwegs sind. Aber es gab einen Schlüsseltresor, dann ging es. Restaurant: Zur Düne Naturstrandküche - Zur Düne, super leckere Fischspeisen uä. Besser am Strand kann man nicht essen mit dieser Atmosphäre am Strand. Dieser Ausblick!!! Ausflüge: Zoo, Strand, Promenade und nach Timmendorf in die Buddelbar - Alles super schön, sogar mit Kind und Hund.”

    “Preis/Leistung Top, für kleinere Gruppen und oder eine Familie vollkommen ausreichend für eine Woche Urlaub in Grömitz, immer wieder gerne. Positiv: Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, freundlicher Vermieter und eine gemütliche Umgebung. Veranda mit Dach oder gemütlicher Abend auf dem Balkon sind sehr abwechslungsreich.”

    “Absolut top, sehr saubere, schöne und großzügige Wohnung für 4 Personen, alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden (gutes WLAN, Fernseher), schönes, modernes und recht großes Bad, Küche sehr umfangreich ausgestattet, sehr großes Wohnzimmer, sehr viel und vorbildliche Unterstützung jederzeit durch freundlichen Vermieter, ruhige Lage - zwar etwas weiter vom Strand weg, aber dafür nahe an Einkaufsmärkten, würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.”
