The small complex is situated at the fringes of Petalidi, directly at the road to Koroni. It consists of 4 detached houses and has its own access to the beach. There are staircases between the houses leading to the lower, terraced garden area with many Mediterranean plants and trees. High eucalyptus trees are lining the shingle beach in front of the houses.
VOULA is a functionally furnished maisonette apartment in a house with 3 apartments in total, on an enclosed, terraced property directly bordering the seashore. Due to the steep hillside situation of the property all 3 apartments are well separated on different levels. The well-furnished maisonette apartment VOULA stretches over the upper and top floor of the house. The living room is furnished in white and blue and only separated by glass from the extensive seascape unfolding in front of the house.
Most rooms are facing the sea side and have access to the terraces taking full account of the beautiful location.
From the rooms and terraces of the holiday apartment you have a view of the blue sea and the opposite coast of Mani and the Taygetos Mountains. The well-equipped maisonette was renovated in 2016. A separate entrance via an external staircase leads to the upper floor. Adjoining to the living room is the master bedroom and the bath. There is direct access to a roofed front terrace with a view of the sea and the surrounding landscape. From the kitchen you have access to the rear terrace facing the roadside. The master bedroom has its own roofed front terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding landscape.
A wooden staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor. The attic door can be closed to separate the room. On the attic floor there is one bedroom and a bath and you have direct access to the large, open terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the bay.
Access to the beach and the seashore is via 50 steps. 5 sunchairs are available for guests to take to the beach.
