Cosy holiday apartment right by the sea, with a panoramic sea view from the shared sunny terrace


Mljet is the most beautiful and most forested island in the Adriatic and one of the most beautiful pearls of the Mediterranean. Untouched nature, the island's mysticism, olive groves, vineyards and rich forests are ideal places to research the rich flora and fauna, and to peacefully enjoy the pristine beauty of the natural surroundings.

The 35m² holiday apartment shared the ground floor of a three-storey residential house from the year 1968 with another holiday apartment. It was renovated in 2009 and provides modern amenities for a comfortable stay. It has a living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room provides a TV with cable and satellite channels, a CD player and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a two-zone gas and a two-zone electric hob, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment and even a washing machine. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 190cm). The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge.

The living room opens onto a sunny terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view over the bay and the nearby islands. The 60m² terrace is shared with guests at the other apartment on the lower floor. The two areas are divided by a green hedge in the middle, ensuring privacy. After a long day you can make yourselves comfortable at the table with chairs and enjoy the sunset over the sea with a glass of Croatian wine. If you arrive by car you can use the secure parking space right in front of the house.

As a little extra, the owner offers a kayak for exploring the beautiful bay, as well as bicycles. Both are included in the rental price. He can also take you on a fishing trip. Your pet is also welcome.

It is less than 10km to the beach with crystal clear water. The nearest shops, cafés and restaurants, as well as car rental service are just 100 metres away. The romantic Sobra harbour is about 1km away. Hikers and nature lovers will enjoy Mljet National Park.

    “- keine Klimaanlage, die Eingangstür ist zur Hälfte verglast und ab 06.00 Uhr morgens knallt die Sonne rein, daher sehr heiß in der Wohnung
    - es waren Ameisen in der Wohnung
    - laut Beschreibung 2012 renoviert, von der Renovierung war nichts zu sehen
    - das Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und direkt an der Straße, um 05.30 Uhr geht schon der Verkehr los, vom ausschlafen ist keine Rede
    - die Rohrleitung ist wohl veraltet, das Leitungswasser rostig
    - das Apartment ist definitiv für 3 Personen viel zu klein (von wegen 35 m²)
    - keine Waschmaschine und auch keine Grillmöglichkeit wie vorgegeben
    - die schöne Terrasse ist mit Gegenständen vollgestellt, dann teilt man sich die Terrasse mit anderen Urlaubern, wie denn, wenn es nur 3 Stühle gibt?
    - wenn mann auf der Straße parken muss ist es kein Parkplatz.
    Fazit: zu klein, zu laut, zu heiß (und entspricht nicht der Beschreibung) der Vermieter war nicht anwesend, es gab kein Boot zum Angeln da, obwohl das ein Grund für die Buchung gewesen war.
