This is a holiday house on a fenced site with two holiday apartments, one on the ground floor, below the second one. The house has a terrace with a green garden and a parking space on site. Your accommodation is on a traffic-free road in a residential district on the outskirts, just four houses from the river Ems. The locality is by the Ems estuary into the North Sea, on the other side of the river, to the south of Emden.
The ground-floor apartment has a fenced garden outside, while the attic apartment features a balcony and a lawn area on site.
The ground-floor apartment can welcome up to five people within 65m² of living space and has two double bedrooms and another bed in the living room. The attic apartment above it is for up to three people and measures 45m², with a double bedroom and a bed in the living room.
The locality with shops, a mill and a little harbour is just 200 metres away. The Ems estuary into the Dorlart is 4km away, where you can swim depending on the tide- There are boats or catamarans straight to Borkum from the fishing harbour in Ditzum during the summer months, a wonderful day trip. You do not need a car, just walk to the harbour, climb aboard and off you go. There is also a little ferry several times a day with crossings to Emden.

In the living room there is a comfortable TV sofa for relaxing and chilling out, the flat screen TV provides a cosy evening programme. There is also a sofa bed for a third person. From the balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture, you have a beautiful view of the local mill and the dyke.
The bedroom has a double bed with two mattresses and a wardrobe with side drawers. The new bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a suspended toilet, washbasin with vanity unit and a towel radiator. The floor has underfloor heating and provides cosy warmth in the bathroom even in the cooler months of the year.
Outside the house, the garden below the balcony can be used, but it is not fenced in. The flat also has a car park on the property.
