Family holiday right by the ski piste with a mountain panorama and idyllic peace and quiet, near the Mozart city Salzburg

This detached holiday house enjoys a sunny, idyllic and quiet location at 890 metres above sea level, right by the ski piste above the Gaißau valley station in the Salzburger Land. The unique location provides the perfect conditions for a range of recreational activities in summer and active winter sports in winter. The family-friendly holiday house is charmingly furnished, generously equipped and exudes rustic charm, for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday with family and friends. The area is not only an insider’s tip for winter sports enthusiasts, with natural snow pistes, but is also an excellent starting point for hiking and mountain biking tours, as well as trips to the nearby Mozart city Salzburg. Nearby motorway connections to the A1 and A10 make it convenient to get to.

The well-presented holiday house was last renovated in 2015 and has a child-friendly and family-friendly interior. It provides 138m² of living space, spread over a ground floor and an upper floor. The whole upper floor and stairwell feature light wooden paneling. There are two beautiful double bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200cm, 140 x 200cm) and a TV. On the same floor there is an equally charming two-bed room with a double bed (140 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm), as well as a modern bathroom with a WC. The morning sun greets you through the large balcony facing south-east with a view of Schmittenstein. On the ground floor, the generous entrance area provides access to a further elegant double room with a tiled fireplace stove and a modern bathroom with a WC and bath. The centrepiece of the house is the cosy and generous living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, an electric stove with an oven, a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The dining table with eight chairs next to the tiled fireplace stove invites you to enjoy sociable meals. After a day trip, you can relax on the comfortable corner sofa, with the flatscreen TV providing entertainment. The cellar houses a wood storage room, a utility room, an additional modern bathroom with a WC and shower, and a washing machine. Satellite TV in HD quality, free Wi-Fi in all rooms, safety plugs throughout, a changing table and a junior bed are available. Note that smoking and pets are strictly forbidden.

Already in front of the front door, at 890 metres above sea level, you can enjoy a fabulous mountain panorama outdoors. The generous lawn around the house of 1000m² provides plenty of space to sunbathe. You can use the garden furniture provided and the grill for grill evenings in summer. In winter, the site invites you to build snowmen. Parents can let their children play freely on site, as it is at the end of a cul-de-sac without any road traffic. There are parking spaces in the big driveway. A garden shed provides space to store your bicycles. There is a bench by the house where you can sit and relax and watch the little stream babbling past.

The ski piste runs right past the site. The lift to Spielbergalm is just 70 metres away. There is an ATM there. There are cafes and restaurants within a kilometre awaiting your visit. You can do shopping in Geißaz about 2km away. It is about 15km to a golf course. Salzburg is about 25km away. Hallein with an outdoor pool, museums and many grocery shops is 15km away.
