Beautiful, comfortable chalet "La Montanina", 3 storeys, built in 1930. 200 m from the centre of Cortina, in a sunny position residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 400 m from the skiing area, south-west facing position. For shared use: well-kept garden (not fenced) plants and flowers, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: sun terrace, storage room for skis. Parking at the house, single garage. Shop, grocery 200 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bar, café, pedestrian zone 200 m, 5 minute walk to the centre. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, chair lift 400 m, children's playground 500 m. Hiking paths: Tre Cime di Lavaredo 22 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

    “Positiv ist, dass die Wohnung zentral liegt, ca. 5 Minuten bis zum Ortskern. Ausstattung ist ok. Jedoch keine Kaffeemaschine, nur eine Kanne fuer Espresso.
    Schraenke waren zum Teil mit privaten Sachen des Vermieters belegt, Skikleidung etc. Die Betten in den kleinen Zimmern hatten keine Federung. Die Matratzen lagen direkt auf Holzbrettern. Entscheidend fuer die recht schlechte Bewertung ist der Umstand, dass direkt neben dem Haus ein Baustelle war. Nach der Bezahlung kam eine Bestaetigung mit dem Hinweis, eine Baustelle sei ca. 30 Meter entfernt. Jedoch war die Baustelle unmittelbar am Haus. Morgens teils um 7.30 liefen die Bauarbeiter am Fenster vorbei, auch am Badend Schlafzimmer. Die Bad-Fenster hatten keinen richtigen Sichtschutz.
