Holiday villa 'Elves' with its own pool
This modern villa is located only a few minutes from Lake Bracciano. It is surrounded by over three hectares of park-like garden.
Outside, guests have access to an elegant swimming pool (80 square metres) with sunbathing area and sun loungers (April to October). Two large terraces and a barbecue area are adjacent to the villa. The latter is located opposite the kitchen and dining room and is ideal for outdoor dining. The tree house will make the little ones' holiday unforgettable. The property also has a large car park, a laundry room, a small outbuilding and a riding stables.
The villa blends harmoniously into its surroundings and corresponds to the typical style of Roman country houses of the 1990s. This combines a simple, modern design with traditional elements and comfort. For example, traditional materials such as quarry stone, wood and terracotta have been used, combined with large windows that create a connection with the outside and make the magic tangible. The house offers 250 square metres on three floors. The spacious layout makes it suitable for large families or several couples of friends without lacking privacy.
There are four bedrooms, two with double beds (160 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds (80 x 200 cm). Downstairs, a study offers space for two more people on two sofa beds, making a total of eight beds. There is also an extra bed for a child. There are also two bathrooms, two living rooms, each with a fireplace, and a kitchen. All rooms can be heated (gas central heating). Internet access is free of charge.
The location of the holiday home is ideal for a relaxing holiday in an oasis of peace. Here you can go walking, cycling or horse riding. At the same time, the accommodation is also ideal as a starting point for many interesting excursions, for example to Rome, the eternal city, or Viterbo, the city of the popes. Both cities can be reached from Manziana or Bracciano in 50 minutes by train. Lake Bracciano is only a few minutes away, as are the exclusive golf clubs 'Le Querce' and 'Olgiata'. About 20 kilometres away is the Tyrrhenian Sea with its wide sandy beaches. A trip to the archaeological sites of Cerveteri and Tarquinia or to the city of Orvieto, 80 kilometres away, is also recommended. Upon request, the owners can organise beauty treatments, massages, manicures, hairdressing and shopping tips. In addition, guided bike tours and city tours of Rome (in English and French) can be organised for guests.
