This holiday home is located near the island's capital, the Talamanca beach promenade and the harbour, and yet is secluded from all the bustle of the city. Between the upstream buildings, you can catch a glimpse of the sea and the ancient district of Ibiza (Eivissa), the unmistakable Dalt Vila. A few steps lead to the chill-out area, which invites you to relax with an interesting book or enjoy cosy barbecues outdoors, The sparkling pool (with child protection) provides an opportunity to cool off for the whole family. Next to the swimming pool, there is a convenient toilet and an outdoor shower. No renting out to groups under 35 years of age - over 35 years only on request and with a special deposit. The main entrance directly leads to the beautiful living room with large windows. The living room in turn, leads to the terrace above the pool. This cosy cottage is located on a slight incline in a quiet residential area close to the popular beach promenade and the beach of Talamanca. You can enjoy glorious walks right up to the island's capital or an evening cocktail in one of the bars or restaurants on the seafront.
