Chalet 'Vista Cunit' with private pool
The 300 m² holiday home is located in a residential area of Cubelles, about 50 kilometres southwest of Barcelona. The village is not far from the neighbouring village of Cunit and the Catalan Mediterranean coast.
The detached holiday home offers seven bedrooms for up to 14 people.
On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed (1,90 x 1,50 m) and another bedroom with two single beds (1,90 x 0,90 m).
The other five bedrooms are on the upper floor of the house. Three of them have two single beds (1,90 x 0,90 m each) and two of them have a double bed (1,90 x 1,50 m each). Two children's beds are available on request. On both floors there is also a bathroom with natural light and a bathtub with shower, washbasin and toilet, as well as a hairdryer. On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Directly connected to it is the dining room with table and chairs for dining together. In the adjoining room there is a TV with satellite connection and a DVD player. Free WiFi is also available.
The 550 m² property has a private swimming pool and a partly covered terrace with seating for 14 people. There are also sun loungers and a barbecue in the fully fenced garden. On the upper floor you also have access to a large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the neighbouring village of Cunit.
The nearest public transport stop is 500 m away and the shops are about 800 m away. A restaurant and a tennis court are also 800 m away. The sandy beach is 1400 m away. It is about 1.4 km to the sea and the beach. There is also a fishing spot here. There is a golf course 8 km away and the nearest airport is about 40 km away.
